Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. All Good Onya products are printed to order to reduce waste and ensure quality.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (postal delays, public holidays, etc.).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information will usually be active within 24–48 hours.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
Damages
Good Onya is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
